You can find your CIFA Student ID on your Digital Profile, in your CIFA CV that can be downloaded from your Digital Profile page and also in your drop down menu available on the top right of your screen.

The recommended duration of most of the courses is 140 hours study time; however, this may vary depending on the course. Specific times are indicated in the detailed information section for each course.

All our courses are self paced, offering flexibility that makes it easy for you to complete your studies at your own convenience.

CIFA’s study support package includes additional resources to help deepen students’ knowledge and understanding. The package includes additional PowerPoint presentations and a pre-recorded webinars for each chapter, plus live webinars (when available) and email support for individual questions. The study support package can be added to your basket at the same time that you are purchasing your course, by clicking on the "purchase study support" option. If you have already purchased your course without the study support package, simply visit our store.

Adding a video resumé enables you to present yourself in person and make that all-important first impression to prospective employers. It is an innovative way of allowing you to showcase your skills in a more personal and creative way by bringing your CV to life. Focus on your strengths also including previous achievements and new set goals.

You can only register for the exam once you have purchased a course. Simply click on the green "Book Exam" button to be directed to a login page, register and login to then purchase the exam, alternatively refer to the email sent to you containing the exam link and exam instructions.

No. You can register and purchase the exam in advance and take the exam when you are ready; the timeframe for taking the exam is not restricted.

After passing the final exam, your digital certificate will be issued once the proctoring process has been completed.

It can take up to 48 working hours for your exam to be proctored.

No, we don't give exemptions for academics as this is not certified knowledge.

Yes, you have an unlimited number of attempts and this does not reflect on our system.

Yes, you are able to do as many re-sits as you need to.

Students are only required to pay the proctoring service charge of $16 to re-sit an exam.

The minimum pass mark for the exam is 70%.

The minimum pass mark for the quizzes is 80%.

Yes, we have 2-month and 3-month payment plans*.

Register on our website as a user (this is FREE, create a username and a password), then go to “VIEW COURSES”. Once you choose the course you want, select “BUY TODAY”. Add to your cart, checkout, and select your payment method.

The exams are purely online since the lockdown period and are available 24/7.

No, the course and materials are digital, however, once you have enrolled in a course, you can email and request for the e-book PDFs to be emailed to you. This can take up to 7 working days.

All our certifications are globally recognised at Level 4 as we are a CPD UK member.

The course has the main course manual, which is your main source of information. There are review assessments at the end of each chapter. These practice questions are very helpful in exam preparation.

The exam is 90 minutes long.

There are 80 multiple choice questions.

No, the exam fee is not included in the course fee.

As the examination webpage is a third party proctoring service provider, it will not accept or recognise your CIFA platform login credentials. You are required to sign up and then further proceed to logging in.

To share your Digital Profile, all you need is your unique QR code. You can find your QR code on your payment receipt and also in your CIFA CV that can be downloaded from your Digital Profile.

Study Support materials such as webinars and PowerPoint presentations are available to be bought from the website. These materials are a great addition to the e-book, they will aid your studies and potentially educe your study time.

The course progress percentage is measured by a students end of chapter revision quiz result. A minimum mark of 80% per quiz will be sufficient to see your course progress percentage increase.

Issued certificates are located on the course page under the certificates tab.

The Digital Profile is a great tool available to all CIFA students. It will allow students to update their profile picture, update their personal details as well as education and work experience. Students can also upload a prerecorded video resumé which a great way to introduce themselves.
